Everything went perfectly. our flight was delayed and arrived after office hours but it was no problem for us as they waited and met us at the terminal with our rental car. they were friendly and provided us with maps and their direct phone line should we need any assistance of any kind at any time of day. communication in english was no problem. highly recommended!
