It was incredibly straightforward to rent a car through rentalcargroup and the online chat works great, we got answers to all our inquiries instantly. also localiza was great, there were no issues and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. europe needs to learn from brasil in terms of customer service ! :)

Foco rent a car, gig (rio de janeiro) branch is 20 minutes far from the airport. we waited for 45 minutes for the van, that didn´t show up, even after two phone calls.

Pick up at the airport and time to get the paper done and receiving the car were optimal. very nice persons at the desk. car was in good shape. i shall rent again
