The agent called marco at puerto natales was very efficient at the beginning of the rental and the car was fine throughout the six days. however when we attempted to return the car no-one was at the office even though it was during open office hours. i came back to the office three separate times that afternoon and even attempted to contact marco on his mobile number, but no answer. our only option was to leave the car locked up at the office and throw the keys through an open office window. not a great finish to our rental experience.
