We normally use rentalcargroup when renting a car when we go to sweden. there is though always one problem and that is that the optionals that we choose when renting online, for example winter tyres or child seat, never reaches the rental company. every time when i call some days before our arrival to check that all is ok, we conclude that the optionals are not submitted to rental company.rnalso this time the rental company alamo, charged us additional costs for going to sweden (we rent at copenhagen airport). this is not mentioned on the web and first time ever it happend. we have earlier mostly rented from sixt or budget and they never add this surcharge.
