When i arrived to the desk at munich airport there was a big queue to pick up the car keys and sort out the documentation. i found car trawler a bit unorganised. furthermore, we wanted a small car (we booked a small car) and they gave us a small van which made our trip a bit more difficult to park and to travel. the van was a bit unstable when driving.
