In the booking it said that a rental care would be provided in terminal 1 of frankfurt airport; in the voucher it said that the car would be provided in terminal 2 of the airport. transport between the terminals is easy and it does not really matter, it's just a bit confusing.

We arrived at the sixt rental desk at the airport approximately 1.5 hours later than our anticipated pick-up time (misplaced luggage, flight delay) to find that our vehicle had been 'released' to someone else (stress).rnthe girl at the counter, at first, advised us that they had no other vehicles available but eventually found one which turned out to be an upgrade and a pleasure to drive. rnreturning the vehicle was a breeze but upon our return home we received an e-mail of damage which we were unaware of and a request to fill out a pdf form. unfortunately unlike many of these types of forms there is no way to return the completed form, at least none that i can find. i am presently awaiting further instructions.rni would not hesitate to rent from this company in the future if the issue with the damage claim can be remedied.
