Our experience was good. long cue to pick up car at airport (not rentalcar's fault) and our 'allotted car' was not avauilable, so we were upgraded to a c4 grand picasso instead of renault scenic - actually worked in our favour.rnrnwhen assistance was required to sort queries and get info, the rentalcars helplines etc were good and phone app was also useful.rnrnsaved over $500 in going through rentalcars rather than direct through avis. thanks

A ) unique employee in the underground parking ... generating waiting queue ;rnb ) no supply of benzine, in a radius of 20 km + penalty of 50 €, if tank not full : very nice italian combinazione !!!!!!!
