Easy procedure to rent a car for competitive price. however, when asking whether gps was available, the reply was 'not available for rent'. upon reaching the destination, we found that the car came with gps.rnrnit would have been terrible if we had decided to buy a gps as it was necessary to navigate japanese roads.

Everything works, except perhaps car built-in gps is a bit soft and hard to hear. had to supplement with google maps on phone. otherwise it works perfectly.
