Dear sir /madam, rnthere are 2 things which could be improved:rn1. it would be wonderful to have single invoice for whole rental. rn2. it was really surprising for me when i couldn't get the invoice when i returned the car to greenmotion. i was told by the lady at the desk that because it's dark the car will be checked tomorrow and after that the invoice will be sent to my email address. i'm not sure if it's a problem to check the car with flash light but it seemed impossible. so if anything happened with the car overnight on the parking i would be basically held responsible which is something i don't like. i've been renting a lot (i'm in hertz presidents circle) but this is first time i had such problem. rnother than that it was perfect!!! rnrnregards, rndominik

We recently used rentalcargroup to book a rental to the netherlands. the unlimited mileage and additional country allowance, gave us the opportunity to utilize the car in nearby germany. the experience was seamless. we landed in amsterdam at schipol airport, and made our way to enterprise as directed on our paperwork from rentalcargroup. the agent did not have the car class that we reserved, but upgraded us at no additional charge to the next class of car. the vehicle had navigation included and only 4,000 miles on it, it ran beautifully and felt very safe. no issues to speak of whatsoever. the rental process and return was simple! we would absolutely use rentalcargroup again, as we felt very comfortable with our experience. rnan additional note, the rep at enterprise was very knowledgeable, and provided us directions and guidance on parking in the city center.rnthanks rentalcargroup for a worthwhile experience!
