It was a very pleasant experience. the only drawbacks were 2 details that had not been mentioned to me when i rented the car and i was informed only when i picked up the car: the amount i would have to pay in case of damage was €2100 instead of the promised €2040 and i had to leave over €100 for the fuel deposit, to be refunded later.

We were not very clear about the language, if the insurance was included in the price when we hired it on the internet, because the employee told us that apart from the money we thought we had to pay, insurance was not included.

No issues. great location close to the train station. had hoped for something more similar to the vw up (i.e. easier on fuel) but probably needed the extra power to climb all of those mountains.
