A Happy Experience

Car was reliable and adequate. clean on pickup. car seat was supplied as requested although first option of car seat wasn't clean - smelt of urine. second option was fine. it would have been helpful for car to be full of fuel on pickup as this makes it easier to only pay for fuel used. as it was we had the hassle of filling the car with fuel immediately on arrival when we would have preferred to travel direct to our accommodation. also we had to put more fuel in than was there when we picked up since it was difficult to judge how much would be needed. otherwise, fine.
