Extra Day Charge

Over all i was happy with the car however i returned it 13 minutes past the 24 hours cycle and have been charged for a full extra day some 100 dollars. i wrote a claim and have not received an answer so far (8 days).

It Is Good But

My experience regarding rental group has been good, but the only negative part is that i don't have a portfolio with you or my account page which shows my history, and also you don't provide any sort of advantages for your loyal customers.
