Only One Issue

All good but when i tried to contact the car rental company after hours on their 24 hr contact numbers they did not answer despite numerous attempts. this can be a real problem when you need their assistance with their services or car.

My arrival was at a different phuket airport terminal from the car rental booth/offivce. rnthere should be a person or signages directing/showing the booth/office location of sixt rental car. rnrnor an earlier email giving specific car pick up details.
