My arrival was at a different phuket airport terminal from the car rental booth/offivce. rnthere should be a person or signages directing/showing the booth/office location of sixt rental car. rnrnor an earlier email giving specific car pick up details.

The car upgrade was welcomed but the car did come with multiple scratches and knocks on the exterior. well maintained new car. i would appreciate if the car came with reverse sensors, which may explain the multiple knocks from a previous client.
