Era incredibilmente semplice affittare un'auto attraverso il rentalcargroup e la chat online funziona ottima, abbiamo ottenuto risposte a tutte le nostre richieste istantaneamente. anche localiza era fantastico, non c'erano problemi e tutti erano incredibilmente cordiali e disponibili. l'europa deve imparare dal brasile in termini di servizio al cliente! :)

Foco rent a car, il ramo gig (rio de janeiro) è a 20 minuti dall'aeroporto. abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti per il furgone, che non è apparso, anche dopo due telefonate.

Raccogliere in aeroporto e il tempo per ottenere la carta e ricevere l'auto erano ottimali. persone molto belle alla reception. l'auto era in buone condizioni. riprenderò di nuovo
