Es war unglaublich einfach, ein auto zu mieten, indem sie die autovermietung einkaufen und der online-chat funktioniert super, wir haben sofort antworten auf alle unsere anfragen. auch localiza war toll, es gab keine probleme und jeder war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. europa muss aus kundenservice von brasilien lernen! :)

Foco rent a car, gig (rio de janeiro) zweig ist 20 minuten weit vom flughafen entfernt. wir warteten 45 minuten auf den van, der nicht auftauchte, auch nach zwei telefonaten.
